Our experienced staff members are waiting to support families through struggles big and small as they draw from the wisdom of evidence-based practices and time-tested experience.
We don’t believe anyone is meant to figure out life alone, not even nonprofit organizations like us. This is why we are so committed to partnership throughout each part of our organization. Not only do our staff members partner with each family who comes through our doors to understand their goals and dreams, Iris partners with nonprofits, medical centers, and government agencies throughout our service area to reach families right where they are and provide a seamless connection to resources, support, and expert advice.
As a result of this focus on accessibility and partnership, we protect children, strengthen families, educate the community and ensure every child has a safe and permanent home.
